'Cloud Manager' for Amazon Webservices is a Windows Software running on .Net 4 (Xp, Vista, Win 7) which allows the user to manage EC2, CloudWatch, LoadBalancing, AutoScaling, S3, Virtual Private Clouds, SimpleDB, RDS, SQS, CloudFront, MapReduce and DevPay. Cloud Manager exposes PowerShell CmdLets and hence AWS management can be automated with PowerShell scripts.
