If you pay peanuts you get monkeys. We deploy the same consultants whether you are based in India or EU/US etc. We cannot offer location specific prices. Though we can offer discounts for successive engagements, additional 5% discount (billing excluding expenses) every followup second-opinion/consulting-engagement, maximum cumulative discount 30%.
